西宮神社には百太夫神社が在り、芸能の祖神として祀られています。
本年は第一回として日本の伝統芸能・能楽を開催し、
今後は西宮観光「西宮・伝統芸能の夕べ」として、
能の他さまざまな伝統芸能公演を開催しております。

“The First Evening of Nishinomiya Traditional Performance – Noh Hagoromo”
- A Midsummer Night’s Noh performance at Nishinomiya Ebisu Shrine-

August 10th, 2020 (Monday/Holiday)
Performance starts: 7:00 p.m., the venue opens at 6:30 p.m. Performance finishes (schedule): 8:15 p.m.

Venue: Nishinomiya Shrine, special stage in front of the front shrine
*If it rains, the performance will be held at Nishinomiya Jinja Kaikan

In Nishinomiya Shrine, the Hyakudayu Shrine is worshipped as the ancestor deity of the performing arts.
This year will be the first event to hold Japan’s traditional performance/Noh play.
In the future, it will be a Nishinomiya’s tourist event called, “The Evening of Nishinomiya Traditional Performance” and will hold many traditional performances including Noh and others.
